Organizations receive a custom program specific discount code and promotional materials while families choose whether they want to participate.
ABolding Designs handles design, production, fulfillment, and customer communication while organizations receive a 10% revenue share from participating orders. This structure allows organizations to offer a unique keepsake experience and fundraise without adding operational burden.

Photography Options
Our team captures athlete action shots during scheduled games and events for organizations located within our green supported service regions.
To provide the best possible experience and photography coverage, league-based programs typically require at least 3 remaining game days at the time of onboarding.
For single-day or weekend events, we generally ask for at least 14 days advance notice whenever possible.

Org. / Family Photo Submission
Organizations or families provide their own action photos for card creation, allowing for flexible implementation regardless of location.
This option is especially popular for organizations with existing photographers, media teams, or highly engaged parents capturing game-day moments throughout the season.
Our team can also assist with organizing and streamlining the photo submission process between families, photographers, and organization leadership when needed.
